Moving onto hard surfaces. If you were to drop your Galaxy S9 from pocket height, in most cases the device would survive! However, pocket drops to exceptionally hard surfaces, such as concrete, may end with different results.
Head height drops onto hard surfaces are much more worrying and at this level you’ll be gambling on whether your device display survives or not. In most cases the Galaxy S9 will get away without any screen cracks, although nicks and dents in the aluminum frame is quite likely.
